Facility Waiver

Facility Waivers must be on file for everyone who enters our facilities, even if they are not climbing.
If visitors not been with us since August 4th 2026 or have turned 18 since their last visit—a new waiver will need to be filled out.
For those that have been with us before, please use the same email that was used with us previously.

The waivers are valid at all of our locations.

For visitors under the age of 18—a parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for them by following the instructions in the link
